Nico's Weg

 

Nico just arrived in German. He came to German to visit his aunt, Tante Yara. While looking around the airport and practice Deutsch, Nico met Emma and her aunt, Lisa. Emma said Nico’s bag is nice. When he left the airport, his bag is taken by a taxi driver and carried away. Lisa and Emma decided to help Nico to find his bag back. Emma and Nico got to know each other in the car. Also, Lina and Emma taught him a lil bit of Deutsch. Lisa said she had to fill the gas so they at the gas station. Nico saw the taxi car that brought his bag, so he asks the taxi driver. But, the taxi driver said there’s no bag in his taxi. When Nico and the taxi driver talked, Lisa met Max. Max is one of Lisa’s friends. Max suggests them to report Nico’s problem to Lisa’s father, he is a policeman. 

Then, Lisa dropped Emma off at Emma’s friend’s birthday party. While waiting, Nico hears the radio and call the radio to ask for help about his missing bag. After that, they went to the police station to meet Lisa’s father. He agreed to help Nico to find his bag. Then, They went to one of Lisa’s friend’s farewell parties. Nico befriended with Lisa’s friends: Sebastian, Nina, Navin, and Selma. Nico showed his aunt photo to Sebastian and Nina, they have an idea to post Aunt Yara photo on Facebook to see if anyone recognizes her. 

The next day, Lisa and Nico tried to find Nico’s aunt’s adress from Nina’s and Sebastian’s help on Facebook. Unfortunately, they got the wrong adress. While they going home, Lisa said that she can give Nico a place to stay only for two days. Luckily, an old woman named Emma can give Nico a place to stay. One day, Lisa’s father came to Lisa's house to inform them that he already got the right adress of Nico’s aunt. Then, they went to his aunt (bicycle) store but there’s no one there and the store was temporary closed and they back home. As long as Nico lived in Inge’s house, they spent time learning how to cook. But in the end, the foods failed and they eat at Max and Tarek restaurant. After they eat, Nico found that there is Yara’s picture in Max and Tarek restaurant. Evidently, Max and Tarek are befriended with Yara. Max asks Nico to follow him to Yara’s store. Max said that Yara suddenly disappeared and left her store. They ask Lisa’s father for help too. But they got no clues. About Nico’s bag, his bag was dropped off by the taxi driver at the side of the road. Some homeless people found Nico’s bag and took his shirt. Then, they put the bag back on the side of the road. A few days later, Selma found Nico’s bag because the description of Nico's bag was the same as this bag and give the bag back to Nico. But, Nico didn’t have enough clothes because his clothes were taken by the homeless peoples. So, Selma invites Nico to shopping together. Fortunately, his mobile phone and passport were still in his bag. A few days later, Nico’s leg was injured because he falls when he played football with Max, Tarek, and others. One day, Tarek invited Nico to come to Yara’s store because he has to water Yara’s plants. Unexpectedly, Yara’s comeback to his store and met Nico.

I think the moral of this film is don't be careless toward something and we have to help each other when someone needs help. The ending of this story is Nico get his bag back and he met his aunt, Yara. But the ending was hanging because the film didn't explain what's happening after Nico met his aunt. Maybe they explain that on the second movie. My favorite character is Lisa because she is a nice, caring, lovely and helpful person. This film was so helpful for who wants to learn Deutsch from the basic and the culture of German. I like when Sebastian said "Die sind super laut und nich nett!", because he was joking to the candidate of the new resident of Lisa's house. I think it was funny. There are many new foreign words that I found in this movie that attract me such as Katastrophe, Termin, Lösung, Schorle, Kehrblech, angeln, gesteckt, Ungefähr, erreiche, Schmerzen, Hoffenlicht and many more because the words seem unique and I already translate the words and I found the meaning of each other words.
